As a quick primer, the LOQ 15IRH8 and its internal specifications start with a Core i5 CPU and caps out with a Core i7-13700H. For its GPU, Lenovo says that the wallet-friendly laptop can be fitted with up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU with a 115W TGP. As entry-level as the discrete graphics is, it is still an Ada Lovelace GPU that provides access to many of the brand’s features, including DLSS 3. Moving on, the 15IRH8 also comes with up to 16GB DDR5-5200 memory, up to 1TB of storage via an NVMe Gen4 SSD, but only a 4-cell 60WHr battery. For its display panel, it’s 15.6-inches but the maximum resolution of it can be up to the WQHD (2560 x 1440). This configuration also means that the display will have a refresh rate of 165Hz, and a peak brightness of 350 nits. Oh, and it also supports NVIDIA’s G-Sync anti-tearing technology. There’s also the keyboard. Like its more premium Legion Pro counterparts, the LOQ 15IRH8 does feature a 4-zone RGB backlit mechanical keyboard, developed and designed courtesy of Lenovo’s partner, Corsair. Ports-wise, the laptop provides two USB-A 3.2 Gen2 ports, one USB-A 3.2 Gen1 port, a full-sized LAN Port, one HDMI output port, one USB-C 3.2 Gen2 port, and headphone and microphone combo, and an e-shutter switch that lets you block out your webcam. The Lenovo LOQ 15IRH8 can be purchased at all official physical Lenovo stores and authorised resellers from a starting price of RM3,699. Do note that that price reflects the model with the Intel 13th Gen CPU and if you are planning on purchasing a model via the official Lenovo store page, it’ll actually cost more. How much more, you ask? Approximately RM530 but with a few tweaks to the optional extras, we found that a fully specced-out model will cost RM5,272.17, sans the accessories.
